Purchased a "refurbished" blender at the end of February which never worked upon arrival. Haven't heard back after many support emails. Help would be great.
Hey @jackhedwards - you've posted this in several places this morning, huh? It's really weird that support wouldn't have gotten back to you. CS is in the office M-F 9-5ish central. They can take a day or 2 to reply sometimes. If you've waited after using meh.com/support and still haven't heard back, reply and I can tag support for you.
