I'm not quite sure what you're asking here, but we don't offer any telephone customer support and we aren't really set up to sell any products via phone (actually I don't know if any modern online store is).
@rileyper But, why would they and why would they want to? They've got a pretty good thing going here with really good online support. Why would they add phone support and all the headaches and expenses that come with it?
@rileyper Haha You are right; I did not. I have an aversion to using the phone for its intended purpose and it didn't even occur to me to try it. I should have known better.

Oh, I think I know what he was asking for. When I worked in customer service, we had a set of customers who would call to place their order even though they selected their items online. They did not think it was safe to enter their credit card information online.
@cy and that is totally safer... (Ok you can't hear my sarcasm here... Seriously it's much safer to order online than via phone. Automated system to verify credit card. Not someone possibly on a really bad day saying i'll write down the numbers and make some extra bucks using/selling the numbers.)

A phone? For those who don't order online...??? I'm really confused.
Do you have any idea how much it would cost to do incoming phone orders? Ask your card provider for one-time card numbers that link to your account.
