Olio Model One watch has problem.

Olio Model One watch appears defective. Left on charger overnight and in the morning it was at 79% capacity. Left it on the charger and went out for four hours. Came back and checked the charge level and it was at 5%. That is a 74% loss of charge in four hours with the charger attached and the watch not in use. How do I return this?

I have completed the steps and updated the software, same problem, fully charged 100%, just wearing, nothing special, 0% 8 hours later

I was unable to update using an android phone. I switched everything over to an iPhone 6e and was able to get my two watches updated. They are working much better now.

Hey I just got an Olio but the app doesn’t accept my email! So the watch is stuck on the reset screen until I can create an account. I keep trying different emails and the app says, host server not found?! Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know how to help me out?!

Can someone help me out? I’m trying to set up an Olio assist account but it says server not found? So I can’t link the watch or get it off pair reset until I get the app working?

- @mm335 Olio seems to have taken down the server required to pair the watch to a phone. If it’s not already synced, you may be out of luck.
