Any Ingress players here?
1After putting off signing up for this game for well over a year, I finally broke down and decided to try it out about 1.5 months ago. Let me tell you this: it is incredibly addicting. I can't stop plotting to create large fields in SoCal (which can be quite a challenge). There are so many different ways you can enjoy the game (guardian hunter, demolisher, builder, key collector, etc.) that I can't imagine that games like this won't have a permanent place in the gaming industry soon. I love how social of a game you can make it and how it forces you to get outside (I bike everywhere for this game). Anyone else enjoy this game? Oh, and Viva la Resistance!

I haven't touched it yet, but I've been on a trip to Austin with people that were glued to it half the way there (at least on the parts of 35 where you can reliably get mobile data). It looked interesting, though I can't imagine making trips to places just for the sake of the game. My part of Dallas isn't exactly the most bike-friendly area, and driving seems wasteful, especially when I have plenty of games at home!
I certainly wouldn't make a big trip to a portal unless it was also a unique place.
My thoughts exactly. Or maybe I'm just too lazy to venture out to play a game.
It's another google plot: http://www.quickmeme.com/meme/3s4kjh
