Customer support info????
0First, I want to know if this is a contract that needs to be in place for a specific period of time or cancelable at any time. I don’t want to get sucked into any contract.
Second, most importantly, I need a valid phone number where customer support can be reached. I don’t see this anywhere.

@mariachinn If you are speaking of VMP it can be cancelled anytime, but the benefits will stop the day you cancel.
There is no phone number, but you can contact them through their support form. Keep in mind they do only work M-F standard business hours.

Support replys they will respond in one day… that is a lie. This is fraud and I insist on a response from a real person NOT a robot.

Since first contacting Morningsave.com support about this defective item I purchased, I have yet to be contacted back by a real person in that you state, “in one business day.” Its going on 4 days now!!
I would like a refund please. I am shocked, appalled and dismayed. There are/were tiny black BUGS on the sheets! I freaked, shoved them into plastic bag, zipped them up and was done. If that wasn’t enough… These sheets are sooo thin - practically see through, that they would surely shred while being washed. I am so disappointed. Besides not at all as described. I’m so disgusted.
I will need that RMA number immediately for the damaged, defective, &/or DOA item … SHEETS WITH BUGS so I can send them back for a refund.

Customer service works m-f normal business hours, they do their best to get back to you in a timely manner but do get backed up at times. Hang in there and you’ll hear something after the weekend I’m sure.

So I was charged $1 10 times and still was not able to purchase a product. I kept getting the message of denied payment as zip code did not match. tried multiple things obviously to try and purchase a damn hair product. I’ve tried since yesterday to contact customer support as there is no phone number…
I ordered only 1 white gold necklace message read could not process because of credit card issue,than,zip code issue etc,etc…
I only what 1 of the white gold necklace ordered was charged after finally getting info correctly on your site …
Once again I’d like only 1 white gold necklace not a gold 1 as its been charged on my card after many attempts to cancel the gold tone necklace…
I hope this is corrected probably as I’m in end stage renal failure and I want to leave this gift of 1white gold necklace for my older sister whose been available thru my health issues of end stage renal failure as my husband and only son are deceased and in heaven…

The app for the fitness tracker does not work, it just not responding, therefore the tracker is useless. I requested an RMA for a refund but yo no avail. So l will call Dish Nation and complain about the customer no service at morningsave
@MarcheaD We responded to your message about 2 hours after you wrote in and refunded your order in full. You won’t need an RMA for this return, because we don’t need the trackers back.

@debtarzwell you would need to use a freight forwarding company since the Mediocre sites (meh, morningsave, etc) don’t ship outside of the contiguous United States.
You may also need a card with a US address but not sure on that.
I ordered & received a broken XTREME PRO CAMERA. I have emailed MORNINGSAVE 4 times and I have not gotten a response. I am contacting AMERICAN EXPRESS to stop payment

Customer Support will respond to any emails they receive, but they do work standard business hours m-f so at times it may take a couple or few days to reply.
First I ordered a watch and told them I was moving and it was Christmas time. They didn’t get back to me until holidays are over and watch was lost but I was charged. I received an email suggesting a refund I accepted and now never heard back once. What do I do?

A credit refund will usually take a week or so, I’d say if a few weeks go by and you haven’t seen the refund then you can follow up with another email to support. Keep in mind the support team work m-f standard business hours and with the holidays not too long ago they may still be backed up, any extra unnecessary emails just add to that backlog.
Steve, please stop promoting the company “Morning Save”! This company is bogus, I ordered the pressure cooker for my dad and it has been three weeks and I have not received the item as of yet. The tracking system even tells lies, it has told me that it was delivered to the same location about 7 times. I am appalled! this company prays on people and takes their money and I am very surprised that you would validate such a company. I am still trying to get my money back, I learned my lesson dealing with companies that you cannot contact by phone.

Support reps work M-F 9-5 central time, they reply to all emails in the order received.
