Cut my finger on a powerbank from Meh

I bought the assortment of power banks a couple of weeks ago, and they seem to be really poorly manufactured. One of them had a sharp metal edge on it (the side near the charging port) and sliced my finger. Not a serious cut, but I definitely can’t use the product. Has anyone else encountered this? Pretty alarming – it was the pink model and I can see a kid getting their hands on it.

Sorry to hear about the cut and thanks for the heads-up for anyone else. If you think it rises to level of notifying the manufacturer, let our CS team know and we can help. We’d also be happy to refund it as defective.

If only they would catch fire they’d be like the only thing you’d need on a deserted island.

Was it the one that was all metal? That’s the one I cut my hand on. The ones with patterns seem fine, but the one all blue metal one I received sliced me like it was hungry and I was summer sausage from Hickory Farms!
