3For here and meh. I submitted a ticket about my particular issue this morning, and I have every confidence that @hollboll and/or @MEHcus is all over it, but this seems like a more general (if minor) problem, so I thought I'd mention it here. My most recent purchase was to be delivered to an address other than my home. When Mediocre generously placed my VMP reward order (thanks again, btw), you sent it to the most recent address, which was really just a one-timer sort of thing. Even as I was addressing that previous purchase I wondered about this. Y'all have my billing address. It seems like you could either use that (or some address that I specify) as my default. I don't want you to have to complicate things excessively. I like the simplicity. I don't think a big change is absolutely necessary. I guess I'm just kinda wondering if any other mehicans have had this issue arise for them. It would have only been a minor hassle if not for y'all's largess--and please don't stop that on account of this minor hiccup (I know, right: I don't want to be the guy who's the reason "we can't have nice things").
Alrighty then.
Sincerely,
"That Guy"
P.S. I realize that this is at least my second "I don't mean to complain," and, really, I don't. And I didn't actually say "I don't mean to complain," asshole (note: this is me talking to myself). I don't mean it in a passive-aggressive way. I can be passive-aggressive, trust me. I think the thing is that, despite your professed mediocrity, Mediocre seems interested in doing things well. And you seem very open to constructive feedback. Thanks for both of those things. So I feel a certain moral obligation to speak up even about these relatively minor things, seeing as y'all do a good job of at least pretending to care. And yet it feels kinda, well, meh. Which, okay, in hindsight that makes total sense. So, I guess, never mind this extra paragraph then?

@JonT Okay, but I'm right, aren't I? ;-p
So, I just realized that I hadn't included an important detail in my "problem description." The person to whom my package was automatically sent lives in a state 1700 miles away.
As it turns out, the same thing happened to my daughter (also in another state, FWIW). The good news is that she'll be visiting there in a couple of weeks. So she'll be able to take care of it.
I still think this is an issue that needs to be addressed (get, it?). Alrighty, Dwayne (@JonT)?
@joelmw You're right, it's definitely something that we thought about and something we're working on a solution for but that's going to take time and we thought it was worth it to send these out even if a few are sent to incorrect addresses.
@JonT That's cool. I'll stop pestering you now. :-)
