Fun Fact: When I was working at Amazon, I had seniority over Jeff Bezos.
15When Amazon acquired Woot, it also acquired the merged Synapse Micro Inc. entity history (I merged the two in 2005). This seemed to come as a surprise finding to the attorneys but it was too late to change the transaction style and likely didn't matter much (earliest dates are used for IRS R&D tax credit baseline purposes, maybe that was all). I started and incorporated Synapse Micro Inc. in February 1994, a month before Bezos incorporated. Does this make me employee #1?
TL:DR; 20 years ago I started a business that became Amazon.com

You're Amazon Prime.
nice!
Nice reference
Employee Zero! The search is over!
Woot charter members got a certificate (that I have always been green with envy over), did you make yourself one for Amazon?
no, but good memories!
Are you sure that Amazon didn't acquire another company that was older than Synapse?
I do have a question mark on the employee #1 claim but as far as I know they have not. 1994 formation = essentially pre-internet companies
I think it's important to note that you started a company that later became the most evil company on the inter-webs.
You should keep your skeletons in the closet
NOTE: Evil is a good thing, right?
