header link to forum on mobile not there?

Don't have time to look at it, but I can't click the word forum on my mobile browser

Just tested it on my iPhone 4 and I was able to click on Forum.

Seems to work in landscape, by not portrait. IE, WP8.1, Nokia Lumia 1520
