I did the casemates Kickstarter, when do I get my VMP

Backed the Kickstarter. Don’t have VMP status at Casemates or Meh. When does that kick in?

If you have filled that out. Send a message via the Support Form on Casemates.

Include you kickstarter email address, backer reward level, and Casemates username.

Yeah, did all that. My username is the same on Casemates and Meh. Still have the shipping charge when I try to checkout
