This is crazy, Ryan Block of Engadget and GDGT trying to cancel his Comcast service.

That phone rep is a dick. What does he not understand about "I'm not answering your questions, disconnect my service."

Man, this was just about as hard as it was for me to try to SIGN UP for their service.

I was only trying to give them my money, and they wouldn't even sign me up.
