Hello, I contacted morningsave support twice regarding a monitor I ordered that arrived DOA, but it has been 4-5 business days and no response? The form says within a business day but I have had no response whatsoever… Help?

Support staff work standard business hours M-F and will reply to all tickets in the order they are received. So give it a couple days and be sure to check any spam folders also in case a reply got directed there.
