Phone and PC using the same wifi and the phone will load it while PC won’t. The phone is using Google Fi’s VPN on top of my wifi, so…maybe they’re black listing certain ISPs or regions?
I actually managed to snag an IRK. Same thing others have reported here. It loaded on my phone, but not on my PC. They’re both on the exact same home network. Weird.
I have a feeling that the ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR I got a few times might be some clue as to why, but I’m not enough of a network guru to understand it.

I think I got a TIRK…page seems to eventually load in Chrome on phone, but not Chrome on PC.
@medz Same, got one on my phone on Chrome. Order number brainy-eclectic-goat, which sounds too perfect, so it might be fake.
