Ha.. yes I guess we've been having one or more a week for a couple months here.. It's usually 10% of the meeting covering something screwy or someone connected poorly. I'll have to make note of a first 100% successful group video meeting.
we've been using Google Hangout - what platform is screwing up your meetings?
Funny story (to me). We were testing out a AV conferencing system at work. Some of the higher-ups using the meeting room on the remote end were worried someone could "connect and listen in" so they "unplugged it".
Turns out all the unplugged was the video camera, you could still hear audio, etc, if the systems were connected from a previous meeting. Whoooops!
We were just talking about using Google Hangouts more in a meeting this morning. Seems like people were about 50/50 on whether or not that was a good idea.
Except exactly the opposite is true.

WebEx, Lync, SAPConnect (branded Adobe meeting thing), some interoffice Video/Voip/TV thing that is really awkward
But the platform that screws it up the most is H.Sapien
