If you put zip code from State A and City/State from State B in the shipping address for an order, it will charge sales tax in the event State B is a taxing state, but it will charge it at the rate for State A which is a non-taxing state (and not B ).
Since it was taxed at the rate of state A, I initially opened this thread.

Obviously, I’d expect delivery to fail on such an order, but Meh doesn’t validate zip codes for a matching city/state.
