I've been liking the Lazify app on Spotify lately. It uses last.fm data to build a playlist based on a song or band. The nice thing is, you can then edit that playlist easily. Feels more like a mixed tape than the radio metaphor that everything else does.
Anyway, I did one mix using Ben Folds's The Luckiest and one from Weezer's My Name Is Jonas and I get serious and silly 90s pop songs from them.
I feel as though I always resort to pandora because then I can ignore it.. to a point. Spotify doesn't work well for me and my itunes radio isn't accesible through my computer from some reason. Any other suggestions on what would be a good source of random music play?>

Pandora on channel shuffle choosing the channels that suit my mood is my favorite way to mix.
