where are you getting the microlife product you are selling
1I have heard from two customers that bought my company's product from your site both units were defective where are you getting the BP3NA1-1X you are selling that have the MICROLIFE BRAND on them. Also you are passing your customers off to my tech support department saying we will fix everything up for them. I want to talk to the vendor to determine when these were purchased and from who

@microlife Your reaction AFTER a product is out in the channel being sold to unsuspecting retailers is backwards. You are calling out your lack of control as though it was someone else's problem. This is negligent and does further damage to your brand. Why was this product on the market? Was it stolen from you? Presumably at some point you sold it. Inform US who you sold this product to so that we may research better this problem that YOU caused.
