Who is buying this?
0I am often disappointed to see the quality of Groupon's "deals," but when I see this Vivofit at exactly the cost that you can get on the Garmin site I just want to know - who is buying this? Is it that cool of a product that no one cares? Do people really use Groupon as a regular retailer? No shame if you do, but I would love to know why. I would likely head on over to Amazon for faster shipping if I was going to pay this price.

Reminds me of this clearance sale. What a deal!
That's Lowe's for you. I've seen instances where the clearance price was higher than it was previously
I was recently wasting time with Groupon's "CS". Several deals I was interested in, including this one (http://www.groupon.com/deals/knj-therapeutic-riding-llc) have no description. So I wrote Groupon and asked them what they were selling. Simultaneously, I emailed the vendor and asked the same question. Groupon replied that they didn't know what deal I was talking about right above the deal link I'd included in the first email. I emailed them back and pointed out the link. Meanwhile, the vendor mixed me up with a someone else and said if I wanted to bring my kid horseback riding for his birthday it would be $30 hr. I wrote them and said they'd gotten mixed up and they replied that regardless, their rate is $30hr. On the parallel email track, Groupon replied that my $30 Groupon would get me a 1 hour ride. So the $59 value and the 49% discount on the Groupon page is an outright lie. I use Groupon a lot but this has really undermined my trust in them.
