I have the same problem; my credit card has expired/renewed and didn't discover the issue until I was prevented from purchasing. Canceled my VMP until resolution of the problem. You guys are losing money! My money.
@PocketBrain Right now we don't have a way to change your card on file, we're working on updates to the account page that'll make it possible without buying something. For now you can re-purchase VMP from https://mediocre.com/vmp with the new card.

@JonT Hey, I just tried something, and whaddaya know, it worked. You should advise VMP members to re-purchase VMP (like you did) and -voila!- The credit card is now back in the system. It flagged the same thing repurchasing VMP that a Meh.com purchase did, but actually permitted me to fix it. Used it to buy that N router to replace my aging WRT-54G that's going to Mom-n-Dad's place. You should advise non-VMPs that they should sign up for VMP and cancel it if they don't want it after a couple of purchases.
So, BAM!! I solved your problem for you. Everybody who this helps, remember to click my star, like me on facebook, re-tweet and +1 every appearance of me because I'm not being paid and it's your feedback that encourages me to continue with the humanitarian aid I have rendered today.
@outskating1 only if you clicked to become a VMP member when you checked out, and doesn't look like you did because you don't have the VMP badge next to your name.
