VMP Membership Agreement

Welcome fellow humans. This VMP Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“you” or “your”) and A Mediocre Corporation and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Mediocre”, “we”, “us”, “our”). VMP membership is available to humans 18 years of age or older (tough luck droids!), and may not be assigned or transferred. Mediocre reserves the right to refuse your membership application or to terminate your membership at any time without cause. Mediocre also reserves the right to change this Agreement as well as the benefits offered through VMP membership at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued membership subsequent to any changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you don’t agree to any changes, cancel your membership.

Shipping and other Benefits
Your VMP membership entitles you to free standard shipping on meh.com and MorningSave.com purchases on all purchases made while your membership is active. Additionally, VMP Membership offers 10% off eligible MorningSave.com offers, as well as other benefits listed here. VMP membership benefits may be added or removed, or change at any time.

Billing & Cancellation
Your VMP membership will renew automatically month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You may cancel your VMP membership at any time, and your VMP benefits will end immediately. If you cancel your membership, we will fully refund your last monthly membership fee minus the standard cost of any services rendered within the period. VMP membership dues are billed monthly on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. Previous monthly charges are non-refundable, including those in which no use of services occurred.

You understand and acknowledge that your VMP membership will renew automatically without any notice to you, and you authorize us to charge you a monthly membership fee (plus sales tax for Texas and California residents) at the then current rate using any credit card we have on record for you. If all credit cards we have on file for you are declined for payment of your membership fee, your membership will be canceled. If you provide us with a new card and are successfully charged within 10 business days, your new membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.

Limitation of Liability
This VMP Membership Agreement incorporates Mediocre’s Terms of Use. In addition, IN NO EVENT WILL MEDIOCRE OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES OR ANY OF THEIR SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO VMP. MEDIOCRE’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES; THEREFORE, SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
